The Hunter Greenhouse is the passion project of husband and wife duo Danielle and Ely Franko, who renovated the Catskills hideaway over a two year period.
Built in 1971 in the village of Tannersville, the New York holiday home was in a run down state before the couple got their hands on it, and started overhauling its tired bones.

They white-washed its timber walls and highlighted its best features: 16-ft-high ceilings and a huge front porch looking out onto the woodlands. Original hardwood floors were exposed inside the three-bedroom home – available to rent via Airbnb from $329 per night – as well as lofted beams, hung with plants.
The woodland cabin is close to the North-South Lake and Kaaterskill Falls – popular hiking attractions, as well as ski trails in the winter.
