Number 7 Brunswick Street is set across two levels, and has a cache of period features including open fireplaces and pressed tin ceilings. It’s currently vacant, though has previously been used as a double-level store, and a hair salon, with five rooms across 110 sqm.

The Melbourne property sits within a commercial zone, and offers ‘a range of uses’ (subject to council agreement), whether that’s as a retail unit or live/work space.
