The Manhattan apartment where Patrick Swayze melted a million female hearts in the 1990 film Ghost is up for grabs.
Located in the city’s SoHo neighbourhood, the three-bed loft has been on sale since April but the price has now dropped by a million to $9.5 million.
Sam Wheat’s spirit may have moved on but the 4,300 sq ft property still has its original cast-iron pillars and exposed brick walls. Sadly that famous pottery wheel is long gone.
The loft that gave rise to this phantom romance is available via Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Hopefully it’s not actually haunted.
