The New York apartment Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West designed in collaboration with architect Claudio Silvetrin has listed for a cool $4.7m.

The fourth-floor Manhattan property is listed via Emily Beare of CORE NYC and comprises two units that have been combined to create a roomy 2,427sq ft loft. The minimalist home has been decked out with earthy colours, limestone floors and solid stone surfaces – an update from when the Wests sold it in 2018.

High ceilings and thirteen windows – complete with views over SoHo – exaggerate the apartment’s volume by drenching it in light.
