Fans of Old Blue Eyes can get their hands on his former midcentury Los Angeles estate – on the market for $12.5m.

Byrdview House was built in 1949 by architect William Pereira and the main house features 16-ft-high ceilings, wood panelled walls and seven bedrooms.

Sinatra lived at the historic manse – on the market via The Agency – through the 1950s and 60s, throwing lavish parties there for celebrity friends including Marilyn Monroe, who lived in the guesthouse for a while.

The midcentury home been updated through the decades but retains some of its Modernist features, including brick fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that look onto the Los Angeles property’s swimming pool.
