A spectral palazzo floated above the runway of Marcelo Burlon’s County of Milan SS20 menswear runway in Milan at the weekend, designed by Italian artist Eduardo Tresoldi.
The deconstructed wire-mesh cathedral, made up of archways, blocks and doorways, took on a 3D hologram appearance under the bright blue lights of the catwalk – a nod to the ’90s acid culture-inspired looks of Burlon’s collection.
Models walked the runway inside the Palazzo delle Scintille dressed in techno-sportswear, bucket hats and psychedelic pants.
