Sitting in a building from 1900 on Glogauer Strasse, the Berlin property has four-metre high ceilings and polished concrete floor throughout. Interiors blend Mediterranean and Scandinavian influences native to the Danish-Spanish practice in the form of soft and serene stucco walls.

They’re offset by three-metre-high oak window frames and bespoke furniture, including a dining table made from leftover timbers.

Bold geometry and clean lines come in the kitchen, where a vast concrete island anchors the space. The bathroom also hones a minimalist vibe, with a concrete tub sunk into the floor beneath a glass skylight.
The one-bedroom apartment is now on the market via Fantastic Frank for €1.388m. The live/work space also comes with its own courtyard garden.
