A clifftop villa in Cap-Bénat, France
4 bedrooms; 240 sqm; POA via Architecture de Collection
Architect André Lefèvre-Devaux designed this clifftop villa in 1972 and it oozes French Riviera glamour. The organically-inspired modernist property is located on the extreme tip of Cap-Bénat in Bormes Les Mimosas in the heart of the Cote d’Azur’s Var region and is connected to the sea via a stone staircase that leads from the garden down to a cove at the base of the cliff. A vast living room occupies the ground floor, capturing sweeping views of the sea in the distance, while interiors have whitewashed walls, concrete ceilings, and modernist furniture.
