Architect Brad America owned this spacious loft in a converted 1920s Pyrex depot in Brussels’ Molenbeek neighbourhood. The conversion was pioneered by practice Architectslab – it preserved the building’s industrial character and recovered as many original features as possible, including granite and parquet floors, panelling and stucco moulding.
