US coffee franchise Dunkin’ Donuts is the latest company to tune into to the tiny home craze. It’s created a 270-sq-ft mobile home that is fuelled by its favourite beverage – or should we say used coffee grounds. Oil is extracted from the by-product to run the dinky bolt hole’s kitchen, appliances and even its jacuzzi. But we haven’t even mentioned the best part yet: it costs just $10 per night.
A modernist gem in Brabant, Belgium

Architects Jacques Dupuis and Albert Bontridder designed Villa Van Den Schrieck in 1965 for the family of a doctor. The modernist villa sits on the estate of a former Benedictine abbey and comprises two parallel wings – one for sleeping, one for living. Get a closer look.
