Via The Agency

The home of Quentin Tarantino’s character Jimmy in Pulp Fiction has hit the market in Los Angeles for $1.395m.

Jimmy – played by the director himself in the cult 1994 movie – served up a cup of tea to a blood-soaked Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta in the kitchen of the Studio City bungalow. The house still has the scalloped stove hook and white cabinets that appear in the movie, though sadly Tarantino’s bathrobe isn’t included in the sale.

Number 4145 Kraft Avenue is on the market via James Harris, David Parnes and Kevin Dees of The Agency and the three-bedroom Los Angeles property is pitched as a fixer-upper or redevelopment opportunity. It comes with plans and paid permits for redevelopment and the lot is ‘shovel ready’, says the listing agent.

Buyers get a 6,880 sq ft plot to play with. While the bungalow’s interiors err on the side of bland, the house does have hardwood floors throughout, retro built-ins and blank canvas white walls – a step up from the 1990s wallpaper that appeared in the film.

It’s not the only film location home on the market right now – over in Italy, the backdrop for Oscar-winning coming-of-age drama Call Me by Your Name is also for sale.
